Glen Sivec, CPA, CA to join Consumer Product Goods and Private Equity practice at LHH Knightsbridge

TORONTO July 11, 2022: LHH Knightsbridge is pleased to announce Glen Sivec, CPA, CA  has been named Partner in LHH Knightsbridge’s Consumer Packaged Goods and Private Equity practice. Glen brings a wealth of experience and financial leadership, including expertise in strategic planning, public and private capital markets, business development and acquisitions and divestitures.

Glen’s innovative leadership style and sustainable financial management earned him the positions of Chief Financial Officer at his past two career positions: Spinrite Inc and Terrapure Environmental. He spearheaded the integration of financial systems and built and supported high-performing teams within the Finance, Risk Management, Treasury and Tax departments, and integrated multiple acquisitions.

Serving as the Vice President of Finance for two large public companies, Glen strategically developed and implemented successful tools leading to the growth of Canada Bread Fresh and Maple Leaf Agri Farms & Rothsay Rendering. Glen’s diverse portfolio also includes responsibilities as Director of Risk Management Treasury and Finance.

Glen is an ex-cadet of the Royal Military College of Canada, served as a Second Lieutenant in the Canadian Armed Forces and graduated from McMaster University with an Honors Bachelor of Commerce degree.
