BADENOCH + CLARK and SPRING PROFESSIONAL Luxembourg are now LHH
The LHH brand, a subsidiary of The Adecco Group and sister company of the Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional brands, is strengthening its international presence and its service offering for companies, by integrating a global approach to recruitment and talent management. A strategy started in 2022 on an international scale, to provide visibility, understanding and simplicity for decision-makers and candidates. This merger of brands under a single LHH brand represents a new offer that is in line with the strategy and ambition of LHH worldwide to enrich its HR expertise to meet all the challenges of organizations. It aims to support companies - SMEs and multinationals alike - in their talent recruitment and talent management.
LHH: expertise complementary in the management and growing shortage of skills
After a 12-month period of co-branding, to progressively share this information, our goal was to inform partners and candidates of this new identity.
This strategic merger aims to meet the growing needs of companies in terms of HR expertise and the capacity to manage the attraction of skills on a local and international scale for Luxembourg.
LHH now combines the two complementary areas of expertise of Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional: recruitment (permanent, fixed-term, temporary, consulting), executive recruiting, career transition, coaching, training, and skills assessment are now possible under the same brand.
LHH can find the best talent, both for executive and middle management positions, in all key sectors of the Luxembourg economy, through a team of 35+ people in Luxembourg, who have been present for 20 years for the Badenoch + Clark team and 30 years for Spring Professional (formerly Ajilon).
LHH is still managed by Stanislas DUTREIL as Managing Director of the former Badenoch + Clark and Spring Professional.
