Aims, outcomes and programme structure
This is your opportunity to gain personal insights on your behavioural strengths and development areas.
All delegates will create personal development goals and plans to direct your programme learning.
Spread across 10 interactive modules, each cohort, made up of a small group of your Smart DCC peers will:
- take part in collaborative group discussions
- gain valuable insight and understanding from your peers
- use a variety of learning tools for sustained learning
- increase their own self-awareness and accountability.

You next steps to making a difference
You will shortly be contacted by your line manager and put into a cohort which will be made up of colleagues from different business areas across DCC. The programme will be delivered through a hybrid model and you have the opportunity to connect and network with your group before, during and after the programme to maximise the value you will get from it.
All leadership programmes will start with a self-evaluation stage and you will receive details about how to complete this evaluation toward the end of October.
