About the Role:
As an Employment Associate, you will engage in a diverse caseload of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will primarily support senior associates and partners while also managing your own cases under supervision. This role offers direct client interaction and an opportunity to develop your skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing a variety of employment law matters, providing high-quality legal advice.
- Participate in business development initiatives, including seminars and training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with a talented team of employment lawyers to deliver effective solutions to clients.
- Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and contribute to content creation for publications.
Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Between 1-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in employment law.
- Strong analytical abilities and comprehensive knowledge of employment law.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A commercial mindset with a commitment to outstanding client service.
- A team-oriented attitude and enthusiasm for business development.
IT Skills Required:
- Proficiency in Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Skype for Business.
- Familiarity with document management systems and time recording software (full training provided).
