Location: Oxford Term: Permanent PQE: 1 Year+

Key Responsibilities:


  • Advise clients on high-value breach of contract claims and employment law aspects of complex contractual arrangements.
  • Handle injunctions, team moves, restrictive covenants, and disputes concerning confidential information.
  • Engage in arbitration and High Court litigation, providing strategic support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with dedicated specialists on diverse employment matters, including global mobility, atypical working, and health & safety.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in High Court employment disputes and/or arbitration.
  • Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and independent strategic thinking.
  • A proactive and commercial approach, with an eagerness to develop marketing and business development skills.
