Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on high-value breach of contract claims and employment law aspects of complex contractual arrangements.
- Handle injunctions, team moves, restrictive covenants, and disputes concerning confidential information.
- Engage in arbitration and High Court litigation, providing strategic support and guidance.
- Collaborate with dedicated specialists on diverse employment matters, including global mobility, atypical working, and health & safety.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of post-qualification experience in High Court employment disputes and/or arbitration.
- Exceptional drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and independent strategic thinking.
- A proactive and commercial approach, with an eagerness to develop marketing and business development skills.
