A respected and long-established high street practice in Bath is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join their team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a small but highly regarded firm while they recruit for a permanent member of staff.
📅 Start Date: 12th January
⏳ Duration: Ongoing (until permanent hire is made)
📍 Location: Bath - predominantly onsite, with some hybrid flexibility considered
The Role
You will manage a busy and varied Residential Conveyancing caseload, including:
Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Transfers of equity
New build transactions
Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and third parties
You will work closely with a friendly team and benefit from strong administrative support.
About You
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with solid residential property experience
Able to run a caseload independently from instruction to completion
Strong client-facing skills suited to a high street environment
Available from 12th January
