Interim Legal Counsel

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Legal Counsel to join a leading organisation for a 3 month assignment, starting immediately. The primary focus of this role will be to provide support on general commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing contracts related to the company's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, such as supply agreements, service contracts, distribution agreements, and NDAs.
• Advising on complex contractual terms, conditions, and obligations to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, procurement, operations, etc).
• Assist in the development and implementation of internal legal and compliance processes related to contract management.

Experience:

• UK Qualified Solicitor.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills and strong knowledge of commercial law, contract law, and legal risk management.
• Immediately available for a start.
