NQ - Associate - Commercial Property - Bristol (Hybrid)
A well-established Legal 500 ranked South‑West law firm with a highly regarded commercial property practice is looking for an NQ Associate to join its Real Estate division in Bristol. The team advises regional and national clients on a broad range of commercial property matters, including investment, development, secure lending, strategic land, pension fund property, and corporate occupiers.
What you will do:
Manage your own commercial property matters, including leases, acquisitions, and development projects, with guidance from senior colleagues.
Support senior fee‑earners on complex transactions and provide practical advice to clients.
Collaborate with the team to contribute ideas and help shape the Real Estate practice.
Build your own client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.
What we're looking for:
Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) with strong interest in commercial property law.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑management skills.
Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
A proactive mindset with a focus on learning, growth, and contributing to team success.
