Financial Services Litigation Lawyer - Fully Remote | £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (DOE)
Are you an experienced Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive with a background in financial services claims? An exciting opportunity has arisen at a forward-thinking and innovative legal services provider, offering a unique quasi in-house opportunity.
Our client is looking for a Solicitor or Legal Executive (1 - 3 years PQE) to join a growing team. This is a fully remote role, with flexibility and autonomy, ideal for a driven and technically strong professional who thrives in a collaborative and tech-savvy setting.
The Role will include:
- Managing a caseload of financial services litigation matters, including pensions and investment related claims.
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Leveraging technology to streamline case management and client communications.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive around 1 - 3 years PQE in litigation, with specific experience and background in financial services disputes.
- Ideally have exposure to pensions and investment disputes.
- Knowledge of regulatory or compliance issues within the financial services sector would be advantageous.
- Strong track record in handling high-volume claims efficiently and effectively.
- Confident using technology and case management systems.
