Location: Chester Business Park Contract Type: Temporary (12 months) Working Pattern: Full Time (5 days onsite) - for first 3 months


Our client, a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage client implementations for a range of cash management solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Oversee client implementations from start to finish.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish project timelines and maintain clear communication regarding project status.
  • Identify potential risks and provide swift resolutions to issues.
  • Manage conference calls with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate KYC and Legal documentation for client onboarding.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on onboarding progress and any related challenges.
  • Connect with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and influence processes where necessary.
  • Complete product and service setups, maintaining a central repository for documentation.

What We Are Looking For:


  • Previous experience in a client-facing or engagement role.
  • Proven track record of managing projects with varying timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing client needs.

Skills That Will Help:


  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
  • Analytical mindset with a knack for problem-solving.
  • Experience in financial services or investment banking is a plus.
