As a Client Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring top-notch service delivery and supporting the operational efficiency of the Portfolio Management Team.


What You'll Do:


As a Client Service Manager, you will be the heartbeat of client relations. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Client On boarding: Play a key role in the on boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
  • Documentation: Ensure client documentation is meticulously prepared, completed, scanned, and filed.
  • Valuations: Run quarterly valuations for clients, keeping them informed of their portfolio performance.
  • Compliance Liaison: Work with Compliance to guarantee all actions align with guidelines and regulations.
  • Data Management: Collaborate with the Client Administration team to maintain accurate client data.
  • Client Communication: Liaise with clients and intermediaries for instructions on portfolios regarding third-party payments and fund receipts.
  • Operational Support: Facilitate smooth transitions for new clients by coordinating with the Operations Department.
  • Payment Instructions: Instruct payments on behalf of clients after verification checks.

Additional Responsibilities:


  • Assist Portfolio Managers with diary management, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
  • Handle client correspondence, including quarterly valuations.
  • Address client queries via phone and ensure all messages are recorded accurately.

What We're Looking For:

To excel in this role, you will need:


  • A minimum of 3 A' Levels (Grades A-C).
  • Exceptional communication skills-both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in IT (MS Office).
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
