Job Title: Employee Relations and HR Policy Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations and HR Policy Specialist to support our UK HR Business Partner team. In this vital role, you will work closely with managers and HR Business Partners to resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a positive culture and compliance with legal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Employee Relations (ER) matters, delivering expert advice on grievances, disciplinary processes, and more.
- Manage live ER cases efficiently, conducting thorough investigations and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborate with HR teams to develop, communicate, and update employment policies and procedures.
- Assist in change management initiatives and maintain an efficient ER case tracker across EMEA.
What You Bring:
- A strong HR qualification or equivalent experience, particularly in managing complex ER cases.
- In-depth knowledge of UK employment law, with a preference for candidates from the financial services sector.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for influencing stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
