HR Manager | London (Hybrid)

£50,000-£60,000 per annum + excellent benefits


LHH is recruiting for a growing construction and regeneration business looking for an experienced HR Manager to join their London team. This is a rare opportunity for a hands-on HR Generalist ready to step up into a managerial role, supporting around 160 employees and reporting directly to senior leadership. You will also lead a small HR team and play a key role in shaping the organisation's HR strategy and culture.


This varied and hands-on role covers all aspects of HR including recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, and culture initiatives. The position offers hybrid working with some regional travel.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Leading and managing a small HR team
  • Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
  • Providing advice and support on employee relations and employment law
  • Driving culture, engagement, and people initiatives
  • Supporting HR system migration (iTrent) and process improvements
  • Acting as a trusted HR partner to senior leadership

Requirements:


  • Strong generalist HR experience across multiple HR disciplines
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards)
  • Previous line management experience
  • Knowledge of employment law and employee relations
  • Construction or housing sector experience is a bonus
