Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel

Position: Legal Counsel/Senior Legal Counsel (2 to 5 years PQE) Sector: Technology (International) Location: London with excellent hybrid working Salary Guide: £75,000 - £90,000 per annum (plus great benefits)

Position Overview: We are seeking a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE as a Legal Counsel within an established In-House legal team in the Fin-Tech sector. The successful candidate will have experience in general commercial agreements, software licensing and/or BPO outsourcing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with sales teams to provide legal support, particularly in the areas of software licensing and BPO outsourcing.
• Draft and negotiate complex contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
• Provide expertise in data protection law, with a focus on its implications for software licensing and outsourcing agreements.
• Support the business in the context of funds, collective investment schemes, insurance or pension products, investment & wealth management platforms.
• Develop and maintain precedents and processes for commercial contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
