The opportunity
A well-known consumer brand is seeking an experienced Interim Brand / Marketing Manager to join the team for an initial six-month contract. This is a hands-on role for someone who can step in quickly, take ownership of key brand initiatives, and maintain momentum during a period of transition.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies, leading campaigns and ensuring consistent brand execution across channels.
Key responsibilities
Lead day-to-day brand management across core campaigns and initiatives
Own the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns from brief through to execution
Manage agencies and external partners to deliver high-quality output on time and on budget
Collaborate with Sales, Commercial, Innovation, and Digital teams to align brand and business priorities
Use insight and performance data to inform decisions and optimise activity
Ensure brand consistency across touchpoints and channels
Provide stability, leadership, and support within the marketing team throughout the contract
Skills & experience required
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or Senior Brand Manager within FMCG or consumer brands
Strong track record of delivering campaigns, launches, or brand initiatives
Commercially minded with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution
Confident managing multiple stakeholders and agencies
Able to operate autonomously and make an immediate impact in an interim role
