An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior HR Manager to join a highly respected global law firm. You'll lead a small but impactful HR advisory team, ensuring operational excellence across all people-related matters for fee-earner client groups.
Key responsibilities:
✨ Manage and mentor HR Managers and Advisors
✨ Deliver hands-on operational HR support from onboarding to exit
✨ Be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders - including managers who oversee lawyer populations
✨ Oversee employee relations, policy updates, and compliance
✨ Collaborate on recruitment, L&D initiatives, and data accuracy
✨ Balance strategic input with operational, sleeves-rolled-up delivery
What we're looking for:
✔ Proven experience as an HR Manager within a law firm environment
✔ Solid understanding of UK employment law and complex ER case management
✔ Comfortable juggling both operational detail and strategic oversight
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
✔ A collaborative leader who's passionate about people development
