π Lead, Coach & Transform Adviser Performance
Our Client is seeking an exceptional Wealth Advisory Development Manager to lead a dynamic team of up to 10 Wealth Advisers. In this senior leadership role, you will shape team culture, champion performance excellence, and support adviser development-all within a fast-growing, client-focused organisation.
π Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the Wealth Advisory team
Foster a results-driven culture through KPIs, feedback, and performance reviews
Coach and mentor advisers, driving continuous growth and improved client outcomes
Innovate and enhance client service delivery across the team
Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic development and execution
Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant financial advice
Influence business development and growth initiatives
Uphold regulatory and ethical standards consistently
π What You'll Bring
5+ years in wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory
Demonstrated success in leadership, coaching, and team development
Proven ability in managing HNW client relationships
Investment Advice Diploma (IAD) - Required
Chartered Financial Planner / Wealth Manager status - Preferred
Strategic thinker with strong regulatory knowledge
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for professional development and client-first service
