Our client, a leading international organisation based in West Sussex, is currently seeking a Finance Manager to join their expanding team. As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading the reporting team, ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting for multiple entities.
To be successful in this role, you must be practice trained and ACA or ACCA qualified with strong technical knowledge of IFRS and experience in carrying out statutory audits. Additionally, you should have proven leadership abilities, with the capability to mentor and guide a small team. Strong planning and organisation skills, as well as excellent interpersonal abilities to liaise with key stakeholders, are also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day accounting and finance responsibilities of the reporting team.
- Provide accurate, compliant, and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to group.
- Plan and prepare information required for quarterly and annual audits, and effectively manage the audit process with statutory auditors.
- Prepare high-quality financial statements.
- Plan and prepare information required for annual corporation tax returns for review by the Tax Manager.
- Ensure compliance with group policies and procedures, actively contributing to any necessary developments.
- Lead, support, and develop the team
Salary - £60K to £70K + Bonus
Hybrid working - 3 days office per week.
