Key Responsibilities
- Agenda Preparation: Draft agendas for Board and Board Committee meetings.
- Meeting Packs: Prepare and review Board and Committee meeting packs.
- Meeting Arrangements: Reserve meeting rooms, arrange lunches, and organise travel for Board and Committee meetings.
- Record Maintenance: Maintain and update Company Secretarial records as needed.
- Director Liaison: Coordinate with Directors on availability and organise training
- Checklist Completion: Complete Board and Board Committee checklists for meetings.
- Query Handling: Address day-to-day queries from clients, shareholders, auditors, and staff.
- Invoice Processing: Handle invoices for the Company Secretarial Department.
- Professional Representation: Represent the Company professionally, enhancing its client-oriented and proactive image.
- Administrative Support: Assist the Company Secretarial Function with various administrative tasks.
- Group Support: Provide administrative support to the Group Company Secretary.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Minute taking and diary management
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
