A great opening for a dedicated Company Secretary Administrator to work in-house with a regulated entity. You will be based in Dublin in a hybrid capacity.


Key Responsibilities


  • Agenda Preparation: Draft agendas for Board and Board Committee meetings.
  • Meeting Packs: Prepare and review Board and Committee meeting packs.
  • Meeting Arrangements: Reserve meeting rooms, arrange lunches, and organise travel for Board and Committee meetings.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain and update Company Secretarial records as needed.
  • Director Liaison: Coordinate with Directors on availability and organise training
  • Checklist Completion: Complete Board and Board Committee checklists for meetings.
  • Query Handling: Address day-to-day queries from clients, shareholders, auditors, and staff.
  • Invoice Processing: Handle invoices for the Company Secretarial Department.
  • Professional Representation: Represent the Company professionally, enhancing its client-oriented and proactive image.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Company Secretarial Function with various administrative tasks.
  • Group Support: Provide administrative support to the Group Company Secretary.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential.


  • Skills:

    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
    • Minute taking and diary management
    • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
