Location: Glasgow (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Transformation leader to join our client, a large, complex and mission led organisation on an interim basis.
Working at a strategic level you will lead across a wide range of transformation initiatives, delivering change and transformation required by regulatory legislation, technology and the design and implementation of operating models, this is unique and varied role which will have a real impact on the future of an important organisation.
The ideal candidate will bring a people first approach, expertise in change management, business transformation and stakeholder engagement whilst being experienced in working with complexity.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will develop, implement and manage a programme of transformation projects which will modernise the organisation whilst ensuring the people within and key stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout.
You will be known for your collaborative approach, excellent communication skills and leadership as well as your creativity and initiative, and you will bring your experience of developing and implementing transformation programmes and projects.
