Salary: £40 - £45k plus car allowance & bonus

We're passionate about delivering results for our partners and are on the hunt for a Sales, Sponsorship and Advertising Manager to drive revenue growth and build lasting client relationships. As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll:


  • Work closely with the CEO and Board, with clear targets and monthly performance reviews.
  • Build and manage a high-value client portfolio, identifying new opportunities while retaining and growing existing accounts.
  • Generate leads and close deals, presenting tailored sponsorship and advertising solutions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, in Social Media and Marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless campaign execution.
  • Stay ahead of the game by monitoring industry trends, competitor activity and market opportunities to keep PLZ Soccer at the forefront.

The must-have skills and experience that you have:


  • 2+ years of proven success providing sales, sponsorship and advertising solutions in a sports-related environment.
  • A track record of smashing targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and close deals.
  • CRM proficiency to manage pipelines, track performance, and keep data accurate and actionable.
  • Self-motivation and adaptability, thriving in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

Success in this role means:


  • Exceeding) monthly and annual revenue targets, consistently driving growth.
  • Expanding and retaining your client portfolio, building long-term partnerships.
