Interim Commercial Counsel

We are seeking an Interim Commercial Counsel to join our client's Legal Services team for an initial 3-month period, with an immediate start preferred. Reporting to a senior lawyer within the team, you will play a key role in supporting commercial functions, advising on broadcasting, sponsorship, event hosting agreements, and trademark issues.

What You'll Do:

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts across sponsorship, broadcasting, and intellectual property rights.
• Provide legal counsel on major international sporting events.
• Advise on data protection compliance, privacy policies, and data sharing agreements.
• Support on governance, regulatory, and dispute resolution matters as needed.
