What You'll Be Doing:


Ensure that all marketing communications and campaigns adhere to regulatory requirements.


Review and advise on campaigns and materials, preparing regular reports for stakeholders.


Collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders, including the Data Protection Office, to ensure compliance with GDPR.


Develop and coach team members to raise awareness of best practises in marketing compliance.


Create and maintain policies and procedures while keeping up to date with regulatory changes.


Set up processes to monitor compliance across all marketing campaigns.


Identify and manage risks in marketing activities, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.


Work collaboratively with various functions within the organisation.

Possess excellent knowledge of UK gambling regulatory requirements, including the strong appeal to children rule and associated marketing regulations (LCCP/CAP code/Industry codes/ASA guidelines).

Have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with sound judgement to take initiative and make actionable recommendations.


Build strong stakeholder relationships; be self-motivated, a team player, and a logical thinker with a keen attention to detail.
