Join our well-established client, a reputable law firm as a property litigator to make a difference! We are searching for a dedicated individual to step into this crucial role for 6 months. What You'll Do:
- Manage a diverse caseload of property litigation matters, including landlord-tenant disputes, leasehold issues, and boundary disputes.
- Provide clear and effective legal advice to clients, ensuring they feel informed and supported throughout the process.
- Conduct negotiations and represent clients in court hearings, striving to achieve favourable results.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential and commercial litigation.
- Experienced in general contract disputes and forfeiture, and dilapidation claims for commercial properties.
- Experienced in dictating.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
