Customer Communications Manager


We're looking for a Customer Communications Manager to lead the planning and delivery of customer communications across the full lifecycle, ensuring the right messages reach the right audiences at the right time through the most effective channels.


This role sits at the heart of the customer strategy, working across multiple teams to design and deliver clear, engaging and compliant communications that support both customer experience and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and deliver end-to-end customer communications strategies across acquisition, onboarding, servicing and retention
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, digital and offline channels
  • Translate complex business, technical and regulatory requirements into clear, customer-friendly messaging
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, data, legal, compliance and operations to ensure alignment and accuracy
  • Use customer insight, data and testing to optimise communications and improve engagement and outcomes
  • Manage campaign performance, reporting on effectiveness and implementing continuous improvements
  • Ensure all communications meet regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate stakeholders and manage delivery timelines across multiple projects

Key Skills & Experience


  • Proven experience in customer communications, CRM, or lifecycle marketing
  • Strong experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in a regulated or complex environment
  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce, Braze or similar)
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in testing, optimisation and performance analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
