As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the global Marketing function
- Collaborate with senior leadership to design and implement effective hiring strategies
- Work with HR and regional teams to support internal talent mobility and advise on hiring strategy
- Use innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent via multiple channels
- Strengthen the employer brand in global markets
About You:
- Experienced in senior-level talent acquisition, ideally in-house within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
- Proven experience operating as a strategic business partner to senior/C-Suite stakeholders
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and advise senior leadership
- Skilled in sourcing high-quality candidates and developing creative recruitment strategies
- Confident in delivering interview training and guiding recruitment teams
