Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the planning, prioritisation, and allocation of client work to ensure smooth team workflow and effective task management.
- Securing client agreement on the scope of work and communicating estimated fees in advance to optimise fee recovery.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for Audit & Assurance Directors and Partners, coordinating the wider Manager team.
- Ensuring sufficient availability for client interactions, as well as communication with firm personnel and external stakeholders.
- Building and nurturing a network of business partners and intermediaries to enhance the firm's market presence and generate referral opportunities.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- UK practice experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong knowledge of relevant UK taxes, including Corporation Tax, VAT, PAYE, etc., to ensure accurate presentation in financial statements.
- In-depth understanding and practical experience with the International Standards on Auditing (UK and Ireland)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled at prioritising tasks under tight deadlines and thriving under pressure.
- Proactive with excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
