Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delegation and completion of audit assignments, ensuring professionalism and efficiency.
- Stay current with audit and financial reporting standards to maintain technical expertise.
- Provide strategic audit planning and technical guidance to clients.
- Assist Audit Partners and Directors with planning audits and managing reporting tasks.
- Lead and support audit staff, fostering skill development and growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the main point of contact for key clients.
- Ensure audits are completed efficiently and in compliance with firm policies.
- Represent the firm by nurturing relationships with client personnel and enhancing the firm's presence.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
