Our client, a leading global investment manager, is seeking a Client Services Executive to join their dynamic team. This role will focus on servicing clients across Central and Continental Europe, ensuring exceptional client experience and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client inquiries.
• Manage investigations and resolve issues related to payments, trades, and other BNY products/services.
• Provide functional support to internal teams, including data collection and report preparation for AML/KYC compliance.
• Deliver day-to-day servicing support to BNY Treasury Services Relationship Management.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a positive experience for existing and potential clients.

What We're Looking For

• Direct client-facing experience within financial services.
• Knowledge of correspondent banking or a strong understanding of the payments product lifecycle.
• Ability to discuss and present digital solutions to clients confidently.
• Experience working in a global team environment.
