Responsibilities:
Leading and managing audit assignments to deliver high-quality results.
- Overseeing client engagements and mentoring team members throughout the process.
- Reviewing work, offering constructive feedback, and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Serving as the primary client contact, discussing progress, financial insights, and business issues.
- Monitoring project profitability, billings, and collections.
- Engaging in networking and activities to strengthen client relationships.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, and client expectations effectively.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors.
- Proficiency in audit software and databases.
- Excellent analytical skills and high attention to detail.
- Sound independent judgement and decision-making abilities.
