Responsibilities:
We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Trainer to empower our carers in their journey to support children in crisis situations. Your role will involve:
Delivering engaging and high-quality training sessions
Equipping participants with essential tools for safe and compassionate care
Creating detailed training plans and preparing materials and venues
Ensuring every participant successfully completes their training programme
To succeed, you must be CPI or Team Teach trained, with a passion for inspiring others through impactful training delivery.
Essential (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) trained or Team Teach trained
Desirable (Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience):
Proficient in general tech skills, especially in setting up training plans for presentations
