This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on delivering complex advisory projects, manage and grow your own client portfolio, and play a key role in shaping the future of a fast-growing tax practice.


As you help clients navigate an evolving regulatory landscape, you'll face new challenges and gain exposure to cutting-edge tax issues - from corporation tax advisory to multi-disciplinary, cross-border projects. You'll have the freedom and support to develop your expertise, expand your leadership skills, and steer your career in the direction you choose.


What you'll be doing:


  • Leading the delivery of high-quality tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and technical excellence.
  • Managing and mentoring a talented team, helping them to develop and thrive.
  • Collaborating closely with Directors and Partners to identify opportunities, win new work, and deliver commercial growth.
  • Taking an active role in shaping strategic decisions and contributing to the success of the wider tax practice.

What we're looking for:


  • Strong experience managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients across advisory and compliance projects.
  • Proven ability to deliver technically excellent, commercially focused tax advice.
  • A track record of developing and maintaining client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Leadership and people management experience, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
  • CTA and/or ACA qualified (or equivalent).
