LHH is delighted to partner with a well-regarded public sector organisation as they seek a Junior HR Business Partner to join their team on a fixed-term contract.
Reporting to the HR Business Lead, this role will be responsible for providing advice and responding to a wide range of HR enquiries relating to terms and conditions, policy and processes. You will support the HR team by preparing and checking case management paperwork, in relation to attendance, disciplinary and grievance procedures. You will be required to communicate information to managers, trade union representatives and peers, on a variety of HR policy and processes.
We are looking for an individual with experience in a similar HR role and up to date knowledge of employment law. You will have experience of delivering effective business support activities within a busy HR team and have a good understanding of Microsoft Office suite. You will have experience of accurately and consistently inputting data into HR systems and have excellent communication skills.
