Private Client Solicitor

A well-established, multi-office law firm in Taunton is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their team on an interim basis. This is an excellent opportunity to support a respected firm while they recruit for a permanent hire.

📍 Location: Somerset - 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

The Role

You will handle a varied Private Client caseload, which may include:

  Wills and probate

• 
  

  Estate administration

• 
  

  LPAs

• 
  

  Trusts

• 
  

  Tax planning

• 
  

  General client advisory work

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative team with strong administrative and legal support.

About You

• 
  

  Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced Private Client Fee Earner

• 
  

  Able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision

• 
  

  Confident, approachable, and client-focused

• 
  

  Available at short notice
