We're looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our team in uxbridge , supporting the Purchase Ledger Supervisor and ensuring smooth, accurate and efficient financial operations. In this role, you'll handle end‑to‑end invoice processing, accurate coding and authorisations, manage supplier queries, maintain supplier accounts, reconcile statements, and work across shared mailboxes to ensure timely responses. You'll build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, support the team with audits and provide information as needed, while working to agreed KPIs. We're seeking someone organised, proactive and resilient, with strong communication skills, the ability to prioritise under pressure and a willingness to go above and beyond for the team. You should have at least three year's purchase ledger experience, ideally within a large multi‑site environment, be confident using IT systems including Excel (vlookups), and able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Experience with PLCs, Coldharbour or SAP Concur is an advantage but not essential.
