About the Role:
As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will be entrusted with running a comprehensive residential property caseload, which includes sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and various associated transactions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Confidently managing your own files from instruction through to completion
- Achieving financial targets while ensuring exceptional client care
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with referrers and professional contacts
- Contributing to business development initiatives to support the growth of the Woking office
About You:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in residential conveyancing
- The ability to independently manage a busy and varied caseload
- Initiative in generating new business; a following of work is desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client service
