- Verify and process invoices.
- Enter invoices into the accounting system.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and documents.
- Process vendor payments by checks, ACH, and wire transfers.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve issues.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing.
- Maintain accounts payable records.
- Handle payment inquiries.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Experience in Accounts Payable or similar role.
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Detail-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of regulations and compliance.
