Accounts Receivable Clerk

$20.00 - $23.00 per Hour
- Generate and issue invoices to clients accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging reports.
- Post and allocate payments received from clients to their respective accounts.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and billing issues.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of all receivable transactions.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve accounts receivable processes and collections efficiency.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in accounting or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.
