Position Summary

We are seeking a Card Service Specialist to provide critical support within our Card Services department. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience working with debit, ATM, and credit card products including setup, maintenance, and dispute processing. This position plays a key role in ensuring compliance with Visa rules, federal regulations, and internal procedures while maintaining excellent member service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily processing and maintenance of debit, ATM, and credit card accounts.
  • Support and back up critical card processing functions, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Handle monetary and non-monetary exception reports and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process fraud and dispute claims in accordance with Visa and federal regulations.
  • Work directly with members and internal departments to resolve issues and provide account support.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional policies.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in a financial institution, preferably within a credit union environment.
  • Working knowledge of debit, ATM, and credit card operations, including setup, maintenance, and dispute resolution.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
  • Must successfully pass a background and credit check.


Pay Details: $16.00 to $18.00 per hour
