LHH is recruiting a Payroll Administrator for their client. This role ensures accurate and timely employee payments, adhering to legal requirements. This position is vital for managing our client's payroll functions with diligence and regulatory expertise. Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate wages and salaries.
  • Handle tax and benefit deductions.
  • Record attendance and time-related data.
  • Input payroll data into systems.
  • Manage the payroll process.
  • Generate payroll reports.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries.
  • Assist in payroll audits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ years of payroll experience.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate data entry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Strong communication skills.
