- Precisely prepare financial statements in adherence to applicable standards.
- Reconcile various accounts, including bank statements and vendor invoices.
- Effectively manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Accurately process journal entries and accruals.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Conduct variance analysis and address any discrepancies.
- Maintain the general ledger and support audit and tax preparation initiatives.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain precise and detailed financial records.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
- Advanced skills in Excel.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
