We’re looking for a seasoned recruiter to join our client on an interim basis during their busy hiring season. In this role, you’ll lead sourcing for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring every candidate interaction is professional, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Source, attract, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical positions.
Manage end-to-end recruiting: screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.
Post jobs, maintain ATS accuracy, and generate basic reports.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree
At least three years of full cycle recruitment experience.
Proven experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.
Proficiency with ATS and strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
