We’re looking for a seasoned recruiter to join our client on an interim basis during their busy hiring season. In this role, you’ll lead sourcing for both technical and non-technical positions, ensuring every candidate interaction is professional, inclusive, and aligned with best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, attract, and engage candidates for technical and non-technical positions.

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting: screening, interviews, and offer coordination.

  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and competencies.

  • Post jobs, maintain ATS accuracy, and generate basic reports.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • At least three years of full cycle recruitment experience.

  • Proven experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles.

  • Proficiency with ATS and strong organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Pay Details: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
