Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Statement Review: Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Monthly Property Financials Preparation: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for multiple properties, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• CAM Reconciliations: Perform Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations to ensure proper allocation of expenses.
• Accruals and Journal Entries: Manage accruals and prepare journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
• Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Lease Terms: Read and comprehend lease terms to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting
• Software Proficiency: MRI
• Skills: Proficient in accrual accounting, journal entries, variance analysis, and budgeting.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication
