LHH is actively recruiting for a Sr Property Accountant to join the team of a
growing commercial real estate group located near downtown Atlanta!

Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Statement Review: Conduct thorough reviews of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Monthly Property Financials Preparation: Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports for multiple properties, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- CAM Reconciliations: Perform Common Area Maintenance (CAM) reconciliations to ensure proper allocation of expenses.
- Accruals and Journal Entries: Manage accruals and prepare journal entries to maintain accurate financial records.
- Variance Analysis: Analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of property budgets, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
- Lease Terms: Read and comprehend lease terms to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in property accounting
- Software Proficiency: MRI
- Skills: Proficient in accrual accounting, journal entries, variance analysis, and budgeting.
- Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $95,000.00 per year
