Position Overview:

As a Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing employee benefits programs. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will leverage your expertise to develop strategic solutions that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact by optimizing benefits offerings and enhancing the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their unique business needs, culture, and workforce demographics.

  • Conduct comprehensive analyses of existing benefits programs, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost-efficiency.

  • Design and recommend tailored benefits solutions, including health and wellness programs, retirement plans, and ancillary benefits offerings.

  • Provide guidance on compliance matters, ensuring benefits programs adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

  • Develop communication strategies to effectively educate employees about their benefits options and promote engagement.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, proactively recommending innovative approaches to enhance benefits offerings.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients on complex benefits-related inquiries.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CEBS, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in benefits consulting, with a proven track record of designing and managing comprehensive benefits programs.

  • Deep knowledge of employee benefits regulations, including ERISA, ACA, and HIPAA.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborative mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms; experience with benefits administration software preferred.



Pay Details: $30.00 to $42.00 per hour
