Part-Time / Contract Personal Injury Attorney
Location: Firm based in Beverly Hills; fully remote
Engagement Type: Contract / project‑based, case‑by‑case
Schedule: Flexible, as‑needed support
Compensation: $75–$80/hour
Role Overview
Provide senior‑level personal injury legal support to a solo practitioner handling a high volume of referrals
Step in on an as‑needed basis to manage discrete PI matters where additional expertise is required
Ideal for an experienced PI attorney seeking flexible, non‑full‑time work
Key Responsibilities
Handle assigned personal injury cases from intake through resolution, as requested
Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents
Provide legal strategy and case evaluation support
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance carriers as needed
Support pre‑litigation and/or litigation matters on a project basis
Required Qualifications
Active California Bar license in good standing
15+ years of personal injury experience (litigation and/or pre‑litigation)
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Comfortable stepping into cases mid‑stream and working efficiently
