LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an HR Coordinator for a well-established company. Our client is committed to supporting their employees and enhancing their HR processes. This role will be fully in office and on an open ended contract basis. Responsibilities:



  • Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.


  • Organize and update employee profiles, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.


  • Assist the HR Manager with various HR duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.


  • Coordinate HR activities and programs, such as training sessions, employee engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.


  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.


  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, maintaining HR databases, and managing HR documentation.


Qualifications:



  • 1-2 years of experience in payroll management.


  • Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.


  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.


Hours:



  • 9:00am-5:00pm


  • Monday through Friday
