Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Professional – Account Manager

📍 Brea, California | Full-Time

An amazing, growing company in Brea is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Customer Service Professional / Account Manager who will serve as the voice of the company and a trusted partner to valued clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing accounts, and ensuring customers receive a world-class experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer accounts, providing responsive and professional support in both English and Spanish

  • Build strong relationships with clients and act as the voice and advocate of the customer within the company

  • Manage order processing, account updates, and issue resolution through CRM and ERP systems

  • Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, and logistics to ensure smooth order fulfillment

  • Track customer activity, account details, and service metrics in CRM platforms

  • Utilize Excel to maintain reports, analyze account activity, and support operational needs

  • Proactively communicate updates, resolve concerns, and ensure an outstanding customer experience

  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • 3+ years of customer service or account management experience

  • Strong experience using CRM systems

  • Experience working with ERP platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment
