Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator Location: Onsite in Camas, WA Pay: $20-$24 per hour Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm


Duration: Contract position, duration to be determined


Job Summary: LHH Recruitment is seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our client's team in Camas, Washington. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for their clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.


  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.


  • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and presentable at all times.


  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.


  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.


  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.


  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.


  • Provide general information to clients and visitors about the company and its services.


  • Support other departments with various tasks as needed.



Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.


  • Proven experience as a front desk coordinator, receptionist, or similar role.


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).


  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.


  • Professional appearance and attitude.


  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.


  • Customer service-oriented with a positive and approachable demeanor.
