LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a large property management organization to hire a Community Manager! This role will oversee the day to day operations of running their property, and we are seeking candidates with at least one year of property management experience who can start immediatley to take this on. This will be a contracted position and a great way to earn extra income while continuing to look for a permanent position, or a great way to build out your resume with additional experience.

Position Details:
Location: Onsite in Canby, OR
Duration: 1-2 month contract
Pay: $24-$27 per hour
Hours: M-F, full time, standard business hours
Responsibilities:
Manage vendors to ensure quality performance within the property
Maintain resident records utilizing a property management system
Assist with leasing, move in and move out procedures
Track and process rent increases and late payment invoices
Collection of rent and accounts receivables
Conduct property inspections to maintain compliance
Assist the Portfolio Manager in overseeing Maintenance staff
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management
HS Diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree preferred
Experience using a property management system such as Yardi, AppFolio or similar
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including Outlook and basic Excel
Strong communication, organization and reliability
