Job Title: Temporary Front Desk Agent
Location: Carlsbad, CA
Duration: Temporary role through the end of January
LHH is seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Temporary Front Desk Agent to support our client’s team in Carlsbad through the end of January. This role is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, enjoys interacting with people, and can maintain a welcoming front-office environment in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly
Manage front desk operations, including visitor sign-in and badge distribution
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room logistics
Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area
Support office staff with general clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a busy environment
Proficiency with basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
Position Details:
Onsite work schedule
Contract till the end of January
Compensation: $21.00-$25.00 per hour DOE
Located in Carlsbad, CA
Full-time, Monday- Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
This temporary position offers an opportunity to gain valuable front office experience while supporting a dynamic team.
